Overview

We are looking for a Resolution Officer to support the Finance and Business Partners of FSS (Financial Shared Services) Accounting Services with respect to the provision of the Specialized Services provided by FSS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with fellow team members responsible for the JEAAS and Accounts Receivable work to ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the required SLA.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Entry of Journals via various application systems varying in complexity from basic to mid-level with access to EPM and TM1 required.
• Raise, monitor for aging and payment clearing of various receivable types.
• Review and update SOP and Job aid for completeness and accuracy on a yearly basis or concurrent with process changes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, in partnership with management/partners as appropriate.
