Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Candidate must have in-home sales management experience. The Sales Manager reports directly to the location President and is responsible for overseeing and continuously developing a high-performing sales team, creating and implementing strategies to meet goals, and driving a positive sales culture. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new Design Consultants to ensure adequate sales capacity to exceed company sales goals. The Sales Manager monitors daily sales activity and reporting for individual Design Consultants and ensures accurate record-keeping.
