A property law firm near Bond Street require an experienced residential property secretary to provide full secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and senior lawyer who deal with a mixture of high end residential property transactions and plot sales for developers. Duties will include:

• Liaising with clients and developers
• Dealing with and completing Land Registry forms
• Land Registry searches
• Liaising and corresponding with clients
