We would de delighted to hear from lawyers, who have already developed a strong reputation locally. Alternatively, those looking to relocate and who would relish the opportunity to be client facing and develop their personal profile in the North Wales region.

The nature of the role requires a qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEx) with not less than 2 years’ relevant experience.

You will enjoy a client-facing role with responsibility for managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Typical instructions include:

• Sales and Purchase
• Lettings and Leasehold matters
• Transfers of Equity
• Shared ownership
