We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us as a full-time live-in Residential Life Advisor (RLA). The RLA plays a key role in shaping a vibrant, supportive, and enriching Residential College environment for students at SUTD.

This role encompasses student development, community building, operations, disciplinary work, and pastoral care. It is well-suited to individuals who enjoy working closely with students and contributing to a lively campus experience.
