Hays has been instructed by a national firm who have an excellent opportunity to join their collegiate team with a broad range of experience in residential development. Our client provides legal advice regarding site promotion and planning; land remediation and environmental sustainability; land assembly and investigatory constraints; tenders, bids and public grants; and affordable housing.
Their level of expertise as one of the largest national full-service residential development teams sees our client act on behalf of national housebuilders (including many of those in the UK top 20), regional developers, public-private joint ventures, and promoters.
