Position Overview
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patrol residence and report any observations leading to loss or damage of property.
- Monitor resident activities and act to restore order if needed.
- Make out reports as required.
- Act as escort for residents.
- Screen calls and visitors.
- Monitor the self-administration of medication.
- Complete incident reports in AWARDS.
- Prepare the following as needed: laundry schedule, census update, case assignments, roll call sheet, and client probation list.
- Help maintain transition and facilities logs.
- Monitor roll call sheet.
- Wake clients in the morning.
- Make periodic inspections of clients'rooms.
- Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed.
- Related duties as assigned.
