Job Description : Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under BCA Supervise timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions Check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans for discrepancies and report to OIC check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC on any materials not conforming to specifications prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified Supervise works to comply with statutory requirements and specifications Ensure that structural elements or critical works are being carried out in accordance with approved plans Attend site, progress, variation, QAQC and coordi...
