Reporting to the Property Manager, this live‑in role is responsible for building operations, preventative maintenance, contractor oversight, and day‑to‑day resident support.

Your new role

• Oversee daily building operations, including common areas and mechanical systems
• Conduct regular inspections of common and mechanical areas
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance (non‑licensed work)
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the property
