We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a well-established and highly respected property services company, with whom we are working exclusively. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a long-term contract delivering essential Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) works on behalf of LB of Ealing.

The Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between residents and the site team, ensuring that all communication is clear, consistent, and supportive throughout the lifecycle of planned works.
