Resident Engineer - Tunnels (Wawa)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering.
• 15+ years overall experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on tunneling.
• At least 10 years in tunnel design and construction supervision, including TBM, drill & blast, and NATM.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in resident engineering or site supervision roles under FIDIC or equivalent contract conditions.
• Proven capability to manage HSE compliance, tunnel risks (e.g., rock burst, water ingress), and contractor interface.
• Experience with tunneling in complex geological formations such as fault zones and high groundwater pressure.
• Familiarity with environmental and social safeguards in tunnel construction under donor-funded projects such as ADB and World Bank.
• Experience resolving claims, disputes, and contract variations related to tunneling works. <...
