Responsibilities: Agree to detailed programmes of work - time chart and representation on site plans Check that all necessary drawings and instructions have been given to contractors and authorisations obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme Check that materials are ordered in good time and permits OK. Check that all construction work is carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure See that requirements of specifications in regard to materials and workmanship are complied with by contractors.
