Resident Engineer – Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab – Dubai, United Arab EmiratesThe Resident Engineer is responsible for supervising engineering operations, maintaining property assets to the highest standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability practices. Core Duties

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of engineering supervisors and staff
• Ensure effective implementation of the Jumeirah Engineering Management System (JEMS), including Fire, Life & Safety Matrix, PPM, and Work Order Systems
• Maintain hotel assets and property to the highest operational standards
• Manage staff grievances, suggestions, and complaints, escalating appropriately when required
