The scope of services includes Project Management Consultancy works for IOCL Project, based at Faridabad, Haryana, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.
Overall control of site execution jobs, Construction Management, Supervision and Co- ordination of Mobilization of the contractor at site and succeeding execution works.Regularly monitoring the availability of sufficient resources at site and following up for augmentation in case of need.Resident Construction Manager will be responsible for supervision / co-ordination with technical and construction team during construction and commissioning phase.Daily meeting with client.Daily site meetings.Daily process meetings.Organization of team, site and documents including management of safety, quality control, contract and budget.Directly Associated with civil Department Engineers for deliverable from civil department.
