UPP is recruiting a Residence Manager to manage day‑to‑day operations at the designated residences in Oxford. The role is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week (9:00‑17:30, Monday‑Friday) with participation in an on‑call rota. The provisional start date is 1August2026, with an annual salary of £39,702.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, recruit, induct, train, and appraise cleaning and front‑of‑house staff, identifying training needs and conducting appraisals.
• Monitor staff performance, manage issues as necessary, and plan staff resources including absence, time‑keeping, timesheets, and annual leave authorisation.
• Ensure service standards in line with the company’s SOPs and SLAs, and liaise with the maintenance team to ensure appropriate works are undertaken.
