Job Title Residence Life Coordinator

Job Description
The Residence Life Coordinator is a twelve-month position at the West Burlington campus. Primary duties include but are not limited to: coordination, facilitation, and supervision of all operations of the Southeastern Community College Residence Halls. Supervision and management of staff and processes related to West Burlington campus residence halls, including the oversight and facilitation of housing deposits/contracts, facility safety, security, and behavioral policies and procedures. This position may choose to live in SCC dormitories free of charge but it is not required.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $40,000.00. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, $50,000 life insurance, long-term disability, paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid spring and holiday breaks and participation in IPERS or TIAA retirement plan.
