Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Conduct quarterly assessments of in-house actuarial reserve indications on both an ultimate basis and an earned basis, ensuring results are clearly and appropriately presented throughout the business.Conduct quarterly assessments of the Solvency II Technical Provisions and ensure outputs are communicated effectively.Lead and coordinate the parameterisation and validation of Reserve Risk for the capital modelCollaborate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders – including actuaries, underwriters, portfolio managers and finance teams to perform analyses and optimise portfolios of insurance risksQualifications required:
University degree within a technical field (i.e., Science, Mathematics, Engineering)Qualified actuaryExperience required:
