Active TCOLE License Directly responsible for completion of assignments as given. Particular emphasis on civil and criminal matters directed out of the courts. Part time deputies shall put in at least 16 hours a month as set out in policy

Example Of Duties

Essential Functions:

• Maintain required training and qualifications as set out in departmental procedures.
• Communicates with the public, administration, other police agencies, victims, and other municipal, county and state employees on a professional on-going manner.
• Assist in developing and implementing proactive methods of reducing both criminal and civil activities.
• Perform such duties that are assigned in the absence of supervisors
• Perform investigations related to the department.
• Assist other law enforcement agencies as needed or requested.
