Location: 27 Stanley Street, Queenstown 9300
Employment Type: Full-Time permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday.
Shift times: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Wage Rate: $27- $29 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Managing reservations for the hotel via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins. Keep accurate records of all reservations, including guest information, payment details, and special requests. Communicate booking confirmations, modifications, or cancellations to guests.
