Santorini Secret Hotels, is currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team. Based in Piraeus
Responsibilities
Management and prompt handling of reservation requests from guests, travel agencies, or other partner networks via email, telephone, or the central reservation system.Excellent knowledge of the hotel product, rate structure, and the Group’s commercial policy.Handle and actively increase direct bookings through the hotel’s website, phone, and email channels.Apply payments/advance deposits from guest to their accounts.Collaboration with the Front Office team to provide personalized guest services and coordinate additional requests.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment will be considered an asset.Good level proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel manager software (WebHotelier).<...
