Job Description
We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Reservations Agent.
The key activities connected with the role of the Reservations Agent are as follows:
answer all incoming Reservation enquiries, by telephone, fax or e-mail, in a timely manner, to the agreed departmental standard, and wherever possible to convert them to bookings.to be fully knowledgeable in the operation, functionality and standards required in using the OPERA reservations system.input reservations into the OPERA system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete in line with the agreed departmental standard.maintain accurate filing systems for all correspondence within the department, and ensure all filing is completed daily.to ensure all system traces are actioned on a daily basisto ensure all 'no-shows' from the previou...
