The Reservation Sales Representative sells SDZWA products for Admission, Memberships, Tours and Programs. This position reports to Reservation Sales Supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


+ Services incoming calls in a sales and customer service call center, selling SDZWA products for admission, membership, tours and programs, booking reservations, processing payments and fulfilling ticket requests. Provides excellent customer service per established standards in every member and guest interaction inspiring visitation in support of our mission and vision to ensure all wildlife thrives.
