Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented Reservation & Customer Service to manage restaurant reservations, customer enquiries, event bookings, and guest communications. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless reservation experience.
Key Responsibilities Reservations Management - Handle reservations via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and online booking platforms.
- Manage booking schedules and table allocations across outlets.
- Confirm reservations and attend to special requests.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and customer databases.
Customer Service - Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback.
