We have an open vacancy for a 3-year researcher position for integrated analysis and modelling of multi-modal, single-cell data, as part of our ‘ImmuneT-ME’ consortium (Interrogation of the immune-microenvironment of T-cell malignancies). ImmuneT-ME project is funded by European Partnership for Personalized Medicine (EP PerMed), and it includes cancer biologists, clinical hematologists, immunologists, computational scientists as well as EU-wide patient organizations. The project will comprehensively map the immune TME across various T-cell leukemias/lymphomas, harnessing single-cell omics technologies, large patient datasets, and clinical sample validation to develop novel, patient stratifying biomarkers and personalized therapies.
