To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. 3 years’ experience in industrial growth strategy and or workforce policy
2. Familiarity with growth-driving and complex industrial sectors
3. Demonstrable project management skills
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation
5. Proven experience of producing high-quality outputs to short deadlines
6. Proven ability to deliver at pace, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
