Job Description

• Develop and apply human stem cell-derived retinal epithelial and endothelial cells for therapeutic screening.
• Evaluate therapeutic uptake, trafficking, and knockdown efficiency using advanced molecular and cellular assays.
• Build and apply functional assays (e.g. migration, tube formation) to assess therapeutic outcomes.
• Test lead candidates in preclinical mouse models, evaluating biodistribution and efficacy through various delivery routes.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, contributing to publications, presentations, and translational milestones.
• Drive reporting outputs including progress updates, invention disclosures, and final research reports.

Job Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
