Responsibilities

• Design and independently execute laboratory‑scale experiments to support client upstream processes and requests.
• Perform assay development and data analysis.
• Evaluate and optimize existing client processes in preparation for scale‑up.
• Propose improvements and modifications to enhance process efficiency.
• Conduct scale‑up experiments in larger bioreactors and adapt processes to align with available on‑site equipment.
• Facilitate technology transfer from clients, aiming at scaling up processes or implementing new technologies (e.g., perfusion, serum replacements).
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate and drive enhancements to streamline processes.
• Write client proposals, outlining milestones, timelines, and budgets for scale‑up projects.
• Take ownership and accountability for all deliverables and milestones in assigned projects.
