PhD in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Python and neural network training.
One or more scientific publication submissions for conferences, journals, or public repositories (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP).
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) pretraining, post-training, and inference using multilingual data.
Experience in innovating on any aspect of LLM design and development to enhance multilingual, cross-lingual, or multicultural capabilities.
Experience collecting human data for model evaluation.
Experience in the implications of new developments in the field of LLMs and LLM-powered agents for a global user base, and a desire to build pioneering language technology to inform, delight, and empower all users.
