Job Description
This role leads a team of clinical research nurses and support staff within a cancer pavilion, ensuring high-quality patient care and strict adherence to clinical research guidelines. The Clinical Research Nurse Manager oversees all aspects of people management, supports day-to-day operations, contributes to strategic planning for research initiatives, and may occasionally provide direct patient care and staff coverage as needed.
Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage a research nurse team of approximately 20 direct reports, including research students, team leads, satellite nurses, and research nurses.
