Base pay range

A leading London-based university is seeking a skilled and experienced Research Grants Officer to join their team on an interim basis. This role will focus on post-award financial management and support for research projects funded by the European Commission (EC) and other EU funding bodies.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive post-award financial support for EU/EC-funded research grants
• Monitor budgets, process financial claims, and ensure compliance with EC regulations
• Liaise with academic staff, funding bodies, and internal stakeholders to support the financial delivery of funded projects
• Prepare financial reports and audits in line with funder requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations, invoicing, and forecasting of project finances
