The Opportunity

The Research Fellow will contribute to the University’s research output by supporting and developing expertise through engagement in defined research projects within their field. The role sits within the Trauma-Informed Education and Research (TIER) Impact Lab in the Faculty of Education, a world-first initiative focused on strengthening the evidence base and translation of trauma-informed research to improve outcomes for schools, services, and communities affected by trauma.

Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, the Research Fellow will support the Lab’s 2026 priorities by contributing to research and evaluation activities across trauma-informed education and community projects.
