The School of Natural and Built Environment at Queen’s University Belfast is seeking to hire a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work on the ThermoCal project (THERMOphysical properties of CALedonian rock materials to de-risk geothermal development), a collaboration between the University of Glasgow, Queen’s University Belfast, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the Norwegian Geological Survey as well as a number of other research and industry partners. This project is supported by the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council [grant number P/U536878/1].

The Research Fellow will undertake research tasks during the project with the support of the project’s coinvestigators based at Queen’s University Belfast and the network of project partners.
