Aggregating research data from the team and preparation presentations for weekly and monthly meetings with Production Department.
Conducting weekly meetings with Production Department presenting results and collecting feedbacks for the R&D team.
Communicate with R&D team afterweekly meetings with production department, providing feedbacks and planning next steps together with R&D director. Maintain effective smooth communication and transfer of the information between Singapore R&D teams and headquarters teams in Moscow.
Coordinate R&D projects across different production departments (apparel, footwear and sport equipment) coordinating project timelines ensuring that all parties involved are aware of project deliverables, receive samples in time.
Conduct tracking of R&D projects, ensure that all project information is properly documented and communicated in time to all relevant parties.
