We offer an exciting opportunity for sub‑specialist development in pelvic floor/functional bowel disorders. This post can be tailored to your needs and the research outputs will depend on this. The role covers both clinical and research components.

Main duties

• Clinical duties will include a 1:10 on‑call rota for General Surgery.
• Attend two functional bowel clinics per week supervised by Prof Yiannakou.
• Lead the joint pelvic floor MDMs at Durham and attend the MDM at Newcastle.
• Run the Pelvic floor MDM at CDDFT and Regional MDM in Newcastle.
• Possibility to undertake additional clinical commitments for your development, subject to agreement with supervisors and not interfering with primary duties.
