Key Responsibilities:
Operate CVD and high-vacuum systems for semiconductor growth.
Develop and optimise growth processes based on experimental and characterisation results.
Perform wafer characterisation using optical microscopy, AFM, C–V, Hall and XRD.
Plan, execute and troubleshoot experiments and equipment issues.
Perform and oversee routine and preventive maintenance of laboratory tools.
Manage laboratory procurement, vendors and consumables.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs and institutional requirements.
Prepare technical reports and contribute to proposals and publications.
Provide technical guidance to research assistants and junior staff.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Physics.
