Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Research Associate to support wet lab and greenhouse execution for a plant transformation project. This role will focus heavily on hands-on plant tissue culture, molecular biology techniques, and routine experimental execution, supporting a Lead scientist leading the project. This is an excellent opportunity for a scientist early in their career to gain real-world exposure to commercial plant biotechnology and trait development.
Responsibilities

+ Perform routine plant tissue culture activities, including media preparation, explant handling, regeneration, selection, and plant maintenance.

+ Support plant transformation experiments under the direction of the Lead Scientist.

+ Execute molecular biology workflows related to transgenic plant development, including sample preparation and basic molecular assays as needed.
