Plans, performs, and optimizes purification workflows of multispecific antibody therapeutics using AKTA systems, gravity flow columns, and high-throughput plate-based methods.
Provides analytical and biophysical characterization of antibodies and other protein therapeutics, including designing, planning, and executing experiments, either independently or in collaboration with teammates.
Troubleshoot methods, suggest improvements, and assist with developing new technologies for project advancement.
Analyze and review data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for future investigations.
Participate in cross-departmental activities and presents data at project team meetings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and operational lab.
Conduct all activities in accordance with scientific standards, OH&S regulations and established policies and practices.
