Position Overview
Responsibilities
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Pharma pre-formulation & formulation development. Hands-on Benchtop Experimental work with Statistical analysis and implementation whenever needed. Good knowledge & experience with Tablet formulation and coating, Granulation, and Suspension, including preliminary level experience in UV, HPLC, etc. Preparing Project Charters, ICD/IP, Presentations, and technical reports. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, Project Manager, and R&D manager for progress and bottlenecks. Executing steps to move projects to the next stage and work on alternative plans, including Ideas and POC work. Arranging customer discussions, consultant interviews, CDA, etc. Attending the relevant conference, working on external visibility Maintaining Project CAPEX, inventory, Project regulatory needs, Safety aspects, etc.
