We are looking for a highly motivated Research Associate to drive independent research in next-generation electrochemical energy systems; support interdisciplinary collaborations across materials science, electrochemistry, and mechanics; mentor graduate and undergraduate students in the lab. The role will contribute to cutting-edge research in electrochemical energy storage and conversion, with a focus on solid-state batteries, interfacial chemistry, electro-chemo-mechanics, and novel energy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research on solid-state batteries; high energy batteries; materials synthesis; Develop materials for electronic devices like sensors, semiconductors, switch, transistors.
Design and perform electrochemical, mechanical, and advanced materials characterizations.
Collaborate with internal and external academic/industrial partners on joint projects.
