Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00 USD hourly on W2



Key responsibilities

" Culture, quality control (QC), and cell banking of diverse solid tumor cell lines

" Engineer, culture and characterize CAR T cell function in vitro

" Perform routine laboratory procedures including ddPCR, qPCR, Flow, Luminex/MSD for ELISA and various cell-based immunoassays and biochemical assays

" Analyze, interpret, and translate results into actionable and tangible findings

" Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory procedures, experimental designs, and results in compliance with organizational standards; familiarity with Benchling a plus.
