Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree in biological sciences or related disciplines; and (ii) demonstrated research ability and experience in cell biology, molecular biology, patient derived cancer models for personalized therapy, anti-cancer drug studies (in-vitro and in-vivo) or other advanced techniques such as next-generation sequencing (NGS). Applicants with at least 4 years of relevant postdoctoral experience and a strong publication record are preferred. Track records in gaining competitive research grant and experiences in breast cancer research would be an advantage.
The appointee is expected to (a) seek external grants; (b) carry out cancer-related research; (c) co-supervise students; and (d) assist in laboratory management.
