The Department of Cancer Biology at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine (SSOM) invites applications from basic and physician scientists for a non-tenure-track position at the Research Assistant Professor level. We are seeking a highly motivated molecular biologist and translational cancer researcher to join a new research laboratory. The successful candidate will lead and participate in studies focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying breast cancer initiation, progression, and tumor microenvironment interactions. Responsibilities include the design and execution of experiments using human and mouse breast cancer organoid cultures, established breast cancer cell lines, and mouse models of breast cancer, including xenograft, intraductal injection, and genetically engineered premalignant models.
