Develop and validate immunoassays, including antibody screening, pairing optimization, antibody conjugation, and evaluation of sensitivity and specificityPerform molecular biology experiments, such as probe design, PCR, qPCR, protein expression and purification independentlyAssist in experimental design, data collection and analysis, and preparation of experimental records and technical reportsSupport daily laboratory operations, including reagent inventory management and standardization of experimental protocolsA 5.5-day work week is required Requirements
