We are looking for a skilled R&D Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in nutraceutical and skincare formulations, along with a strong understanding of product development, testing, innovation, and market trends. Candidates having exposure to marketing, or commercial understanding within leading pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmetic companies will be preferred.
Qualification:
Pharm-D (along with MBA preferred as an additional qualification)
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in nutraceutical, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve nutraceutical and skincare formulations
Conduct R&D trials, testing, validation, and documentation
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Marketing teams
Support product development in line with market trends and consumer demand
