Overview


The Research and Development Engineer at MED Institute will be responsible for application of engineering principles to research and develop various medical devices, based on client needs. These responsibilities include completing project deliverables and tasks to support the evaluation of medical devices and creation of novel medical device concepts through collaboration with external clients and, upon request, with other Cook companies.


Responsibilities


+ Understand client expectations while driving towards scientific excellence.

+ Interact with management, technical leadership and clients to plan, complete, analyze and report results of experiments, tests, prototype development, literature reviews, etc.

+ Assure that project deliverables and tasks are technically excellent and completed in a timely fashion.

+ Document deliverables.
