The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is recruiting experienced and professional aquatic safety staff to support the Club Med Tinley Manor Lifeguarding Operation. This flagship project delivers world-class water safety within a premium international resort environment and offers candidates the opportunity to work within a structured, high-performance safety operation. The Rescue Coxswain will be responsible for providing fast-water rescue capability through the safe and professional operation of Inflatable Rescue Boats (IRB)/ Jetribs and/or Power Rescue Craft (PRC). This is a fixed-term contract position commencing on 30 June 2026 and concluding on 30 June 2027. The successful candidate will earn an hourly rate of R111.25 and will report directly to the Lifeguard Site Manager.
