Position Overview

Job Description
: Requirements Engineer, Data & AI Products - Prior product management experience in a healthcare technology company, health system, payer, laboratory, or services organization that handles sensitive healthcare data,Experience with healthcare data products including data lakes, extraction and conversion of healthcare data and their underlying technologies.
Working Hours – 2 PM to 11 PM (IST)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
BASE (first 6–12 months): Stabilize execution and increase delivery velocity by tightening requirements, release quality, and the improving the product development lifecycle.
GROWTH (year 1+): Expand Oasis capabilities and reduce manual work across migrations and archives, with deeper support for major source systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, and MEDITECH.
