**Description**

SAIC is seeking a **Requirements Analyst/Product Owner** to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) in modernizing and managing mission-critical solutions. This multifaceted role combines the responsibilities of gathering and managing requirements with the strategic vision, prioritization, and execution skills of a Product Owner. The selected candidate will ensure requirements align with both technical feasibility and overall program objectives, working closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to deliver impactful solutions. Candidate should have great communication skills to work with the subject matter experts to gather requirements for new work. Must have excellent organization skills; able to manage, track, recall, and associate a large amount of requirement information.
