Requirements and Change Request Management

Manage, coordinate, and baseline all requirements and specifications with internal and external stakeholders (EEZ, JVs, CARIAD, suppliers).

- Drive and track the complete change request (CR) lifecycle, incl. clarification, evaluation, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and integration into specifications

- Control and coordinate FO specification releases, functional build‑up tracking (IDs, Capabilities, PLM), CR statistics, and project documentation

- Managing highly complex requirement and CR structures across brands, suppliers, functional owners, and technical systems — including diagnostics, FO‑handover, CARIAD interfaces, PLM dependencies, and CCB decision processes

- Atlassian Toolchain (JIRA, confluence9), CODEBEAMER or DOORS, System42

- Requirements & change request management (incl. baselining, stakeholder alignment, CCB preparation)
