Position: Estate Manager Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra Reports to: Principal No. of posts: 1 Salary: Commensurate to experience and skills with food and family accommodation 4 lakh to 6 lakh per annum Job Summary: The Administration Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, management, and facilities of a property that includes a residential school campus in Lonavala. The campus includes academic and admin blocks, girls' hostels, boys' hostels, kitchen & dining hall, an indoor sports complex, outside courts, grounds, gardens, a swimming pool, residential staff quarters and vacant land beyond the boundary walls of the school campus. The property is part of a village and comes under the jurisdiction of the Gram Panchayat. Regular liaison with the Gram Panchayat, local authorities and ensuring harmonious existence for the school and the organization will be a prime role of the Estate Manager.
